The Deep End Promotional Material

The Deep End is an organization on Northwestern’s campus that produces a filmed show each quarter that exists at the intersection of comedy and journalism. Each episode takes a deep dive into a topical issue at Northwestern, which is presented in a comedic monologue delivered by a host.

The project consisted of a series of social media posts that marketed episode topics, which were often paired with guerilla marketing tactics (i.e. The Deep End logo condom distribution for the Hook-Up Culture episode; The Deep End bottle opener distribution for the CAPS episode). I aimed for the designs to be simple but eye-catching, using large text or clean, flat illustrations to quickly convey information.
